Emerald Dolphin condominiums - Pensacola Beach Bargains! It's opportunity time on Pensacola Beach. Emerald Dolphin is a SUPER condo project (so SUPER that I had to buy one myself . . . ) There are currently eight listings in the Emerald Dolphin.
