When I buy property in other areas (And I do, I love to buy and sell real estate!) I always work with a top agent that knows the area. I want to know as much as possible about an agent's qualifications before I put my trust, my time and potentially my dollars in their hands. Real Estate Experience: I am a top selling Gulf Coast Real Estate Agent, Broker Associate, licensed in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. I am Pensacola's first EcoBroker designated Realtor. I believe in stewardship of our wonderful environment and I work to make sure my clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions regarding "green building" and related issues. I was "Rookie of the Year" for Coldwell Banker JME Realty in my first year in the business, but I had a master's degree and over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing prior to entering real estate. In 2003, I was named Coldwell Banker JME's Relocation Agent of the Year and in 2005, I received the "Marketing Star Award" and the "Broker's Award" for excellence to add to my "Top Listing Agent" award, having listed more than $30,000,000 that year. My sales volume puts me in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally.
One of my biggest accomplishments is obtaining the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Only 4% of all real estate agents obtain the CRS designation, but CRS agents sell over 30% of all real estate sold in the U.S. A CRS agent has to have sold over $25,000,000 in real estate and taken advanced courses in a variety of real estate specialty areas. By the time an agent receives their CRS designation they have seen it all!
I could not accomplish all of these things on my own. I now work with a team that is second to none. This means more expertise for you! One of my team members that you will surely meet once you begin working with us is Ruthie Johnson. Ruthie holds a Florida and Alabama Broker's license and has a background of over 20 years with Delta Airlines. Ruthie knows a thing or two about customer service! She will be the first to tell you that she has not forgotten how to be a "Beverage Engineer." Our clients love to work with Ruthie as is evidenced by her 100% customer satisfaction ranking.
Harriett Gilbreath has over 30 years of experience in real estate, including owning her own brokerage in the Miami area. Harriett managed the Coldwell Banker office on Pensacola Beach and brought in two major projects, the Emerald Dolphin and the Santa Rosa Towers prior to joining Robin Sherman Realtors. Harriett is a Broker Associate and joins Robin as a member of the Heritage Society, the top 25 Coldwell Banker Realtors in terms of production and customer service.
